To start off our last week in London, we visited the London Archives and the V&A Archives.

The London Archives were largely a showing of their newest exhibit about WWII, but with some questions, we were able to get our guide to show us some of the research space, and the conversation shifted more towards professional discussion about archival practices and outreach programming, which is really what I was more interested in.

After the London Archives, we went to the V&A Archives for a quick lecture and then a tour of their space. They operate similarly to other closed-stack reference libraries, but it was really nice to get some behind-the-scenes tours of their stacks. Thankfully, I was able to ask my group's tour guide several questions thanks to the small nature of our group.
