Getting Started

The Basics

The first step you'll need to take when getting started with your house research is to build a research foundation. This includes basic information about your house that you will build from. The best place to start in Colorado is at your local county property assessor website, where you can find the following information:

  • Address

  • Year built

  • Previous sales

  • Building/land information

  • and more!
